    We offer an experience whereby you the customer is valued and all we can promise is we will beat either price or the quality of the service if not both.
  • Can you custom build a system to my specifications? >

    Tech Dynamics ™ is able to build a system to your exact specifications. Please note that custom builds require at least 25% deposit up front.
  • Do you guarantee your work? >

    We offer a 14 day guarantee on any work carried out by Tech Dynamics ™ Please keep your receipt to verify your claim.
  • Can l change my mind? >

    Once you have submitted your equipment and signed the work agreement you are committed to fulfilling your contractual obligations as per agreed prior to entering into the agreement. However if you change your mind after fault finding process is completed you are only obliged to pay $25 assessment fee only.
  • How much will it cost? >

    Costs vary and are dependent on the service you require and/or the parts/system your order/purchase.
  • How long will it take? >

    We strive to keep lead times as low as possible. Our aim is to get you online within 1-3 days. Should an unforseen circumstance such as shortage of components occur for example then we will notify you accordingly.  
  • What qualifications do your technicians have? >

    Our main technician has been in the business of computers for the last 20 + years. Harun studied and completed various courses of study at tertiary level such as Information Technology, Diploma of Network Security & Advanced Diploma of Network Security
  • Do you offer internet service? >

    No, we are strictly a computer repair, upgrade. But we can setup your internet connection if you have an account from an ISP.
  • Can you setup a wireless network in my home? >

    We offer one on one consultation with the client to gain an understanding of  their individual needs and tailor network plan according to their individual needs.
  • Can you supply me with an invoice? >

    Yes an invoice will be supplied for any work carried out, software and hardware sold.
